We process your personal data for the purpose of online, telephone or in person purchases and/or bookings of pre-purchased of Bird Handling Experience sessions, Bird Sponsorship, Season Tickets, Donations, and Photography Experience Sessions. We may process information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and services, that you enter into with us and/or through our website. This transaction data may include your contact details, your card details and the transaction details. The transaction data may be processed for the purpose of supplying the purchased goods and services and keeping proper records of those transactions. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.
2.3. Transactional data may take place via a third party (PayPal, Stripe, American Express, and/or Barclaycard) who will process data in accordance to their own policies and procedures. TFC does not store or process any transactional data supplied to a third party save for confirmation of payment received provided to us by these third parties.
2.4. The information held in relation to an individual making a purchase and/or a booking will consist of their name, email address, telephone number, and their home address where they request a hard copy letter be posted out to them. The data supplied will be submitted by the individual making a purchase and/or a booking.
2.5. We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services. This enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you based upon your request. The legal basis for this processing is your consent as such information is only sent in response to a direct request from you.
3. Accountability & Management
3.1. The information supplied by the individual making a purchase and/or a booking will not be shared with any third party and is only for use by us to contact the individual to confirm their purchase and/or booking or to advise them of any alteration to their purchase and/or booking. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not disclose your personal data to any other individual, group, company, organisation or other third party.
3.2. Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers, PayPal, Barclaycard and American Express. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 3.3. We will only retain this data in electronic form on a single dedicated laptop computer database for a period of up to a maximum of six years from the date of purchase/booking.
3.4. It shall be the responsibility of the Manager of the TFC to ensure that compliance with the GDPR is maintained at all times.
3.5. We are committed to ensuring that our technical security remains up-to-date at all times in order to protect the personal information held on TFC’s computer systems.
3.6. All TFC staff are trained in-house with regards to data protection, processing and storage in line with the requirements of GDPR. Employees are trained to be aware of the security vulnerabilities involved in the cooperation of an unwitting person with access to internal systems and are therefore not permitted to disclose any personal information of any nature to any person or party other than the individual who provided the data.
3.7. TFC does not pass any personal data on to any third party and does not make use of any sub-processor.
3.8. Any personal data breaches will be reported to the Local Authority within 72 hours. TFC will in any such event report what data has been lost, what the consequences are, and what countermeasures have been implemented. Any such data breach will also be reported directly to the person (“data subject”) whose data has been lost.

4.4. Your data will be deleted no more than six years after the date of purchase, booking, or expiry of your voucher (whichever is the latest). If you would like to request deletion of your personal data prior to this automatic deletion, you can easily do this by sending an email to info@thefalconrycentre.co.uk or by telephoning 01562 700014. TFC may ask you to supply your name, email address, telephone number and/or reference number where relevant in order to verify your identity before deleting your personal information. Deletion of your personal data may invalidate any outstanding voucher/purchase/booking as TFC will not be able to verify its validity without the relevant data.

You can easily request that your data be delivered to yourself or to a third party by sending an email to info@thefalconrycentre.co.uk or by telephoning 01562 700014, identifying the person to whom you wish your data to be sent and their contact information for your preferred delivery method. TFC may ask you to supply your name, email address, telephone number and/or reference number where relevant in order to verify your identity before disclosing your personal information.
